Biography

Cal has over 24 years’ experience in Design and Planning of Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Developments. His Experience includes Master Planning, Project Feasibility Studies, and Site Design.

As a principal, Cal consults with clients to develop the most economically efficient project available. Cal and his design team use their experience and expertise to develop projects from feasibility and permitting phases all the way through construction and final certifications.

Bristol Ridge

Clarksville, TN
Project Manager for a 115 acre mixed use development, to include 800+ unit apartment complex. Services include design and permitting of all infrastructure required to adequately serve the property.

The Woodlands

Ft Campbell, KY
Project Manager for a 521-unit private residential development on the Fort Campbell military reservation. The developer was Actus Lend/Lease and consisted of planning, permitting design and some construction observation.

Hereford Farm

Clarksville, TN
Project Manager for a development measuring approximately 350 acres containing over 700 residential units and master planning for 30 acres of commercial property. The project includes survey, planning, permitting and design.

Madison Square (Publix)

Clarksville, TN
Project Manager for a retail/commercial redevelopment on 15 acres for a major retailer and outlots. The project consisted of survey, planning, design, and construction observation for approximately 73,000 square feet of retail space.
