Cal has over 20 years experience in Design and Planning of Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Developments. His Experience includes Master Planning, Project Feasibility Studies, and Site Design.
As a principal, Cal consults with clients to develop the most economically efficient project available. Cal and his design team use their experience and expertise to develop projects from feasibility and permitting phases all the way through construction and final certifications.
The following summaries demonstrate some of the projects that have been designed under Cal’s direction.
Project Manager for a development measuring approximately 500 acres containing over 1,000 residential units. The project includes survey, planning, permitting and design.
Ft Campbell, KY
Project Manager for a 521 unit private residential development on the Fort Campbell military reservation. The developer was Actus Lend/Lease and consisted of planning, permitting design and some construction observation.
International Blvd Distribution Center
Project Manager for a 200,000 s.f. warehouse distribution center located on 25 acres on International Blvd in the Montgomery County Industrial Park. The project consisted of surveying, permitting and design.
Madison Square (Publix)
Project Manager for a retail/commercial redevelopment on 15 acres for a major retailer and outlots. The project consisted of survey, planning, design, and construction observation for approximately 73,000 square feet of retail space.

Cal Burchett was born and raised in Clarksville, TN and has a great history of site development in the Clarksville/Montgomery County area. Cal grew up installing water, sewer, and storm drain for site development projects and has a rich understanding of all aspects of installation. Now, Cal uses this installation experience, his education, and design experience to provide the most economical plan for site development and land planning. He specializes in single-family and multi-family residential developments, commercial site designs, and small industrial site layouts. Cal provides experience in boundary and topographic surveys, preliminary site design and approval, local and state permitting, construction drawing design and layout, and final and minor platting. He is also a registered land surveyor and uses these capabilities to bring a unique aspect to the entire land planning and design process.
