Biography

Cal Burchett was born and raised in Clarksville, TN and has a great history of site development in the Clarksville/ Montgomery County area.  Cal grew up installing water, sewer, and storm drain for site development projects and has a rich understanding of all aspects of installation.  Now, Cal uses this installation experience, his education, and design experience to provide the most economical plan for site development and land planning.  He specializes in single-family and multi-family residential developments, commercial site designs, and small industrial site layouts.  Cal provides experience in boundary and topographic surveys, preliminary site design and approval, local and state permitting, construction drawing design and layout, and final and minor platting.  He is also a registered land surveyor and uses these capabilities to bring a unique aspect to the entire land planning and design process.  Please see below for a list of a few of Cal’s surveying and design projects.
